If for any reason(s) you are not pleased with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund within the first 30 days of delivery to your address. Before shipping the product, please notify us by phone or email of your plans. We will issue you a Return Item Number. You will incur the return freight charges which are non-refundable. The returned product should be in excellent condition, without any signs of use, wear ,or damage to any of its parts. Otherwise, a refund will be denied if this product is not resaleable.
However, if the product has a manufacturer's defect or we shipped you an item you did not order, please notify us by phone or email within the first 30 days of delivery to your address. We will issue you a Return Item Number. Thera-P Products will assume all freight charges regarding this return under these specific circumstances.

Most orders will ship within 48 hours after your order is processed, provided the product is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. All BarRacs require 4-6 weeks for delivery.
